Frequently Asked Questions

01

HOW DO I PURCHASE ARTWORK?

Please contact me in regard to the piece you are interested in. Once details are discussed and you are ready to make a purchase, you'll receive an invoice from me via e-mail. The invoice will include a link to Square, which will guide you to a secure page. You'll be able to review all the details once again before submitting your payment. Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Discover are all accepted at this time, as well as a payment via your Google Pay account. Your information entered during checkout is protected under Square security

02

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP THE ARTWORK?

Once payment is complete, the item will ship in 1-3 business days. Holidays may delay this time by 1 day. Shipping speed will be stated prior to purchasing and the estimated time frame for transit will appear on your purchase invoice. All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested.

03

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping cost is determined according to the destination zip code. You pay actual shipping cost and packaging. I do require signature confirmation and insurance to make sure the artwork gets to you safely. Artwork will be mailed from Fort Collins, CO.

04

WHAT IS THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

I try my best to accurately represent all artwork for sale, whether it is color, dimensions, material or content. Unfortunately sometimes things don’t appear the same in person as they do on screen. Your satisfaction means a lot to me and I will gladly accept any returns and issue refunds. This does not apply to commissioned pieces - please contact me for further details.

05

WHAT ARTWORK WILL I FRAME?

Typically I only frame artwork which I've created. In order to keep costs down I generally use ready-made frames. If you're interested in having a commissioned painting done, we'll discuss framing options upfront before I begin the piece. All framing options are available. It all depends on how much you want to invest into the artwork. I strongly recommend framing all artwork with quality, archival materials for longevity and safety.
